| Roads can be built in an environmentally
sensitive way, according to 74% of Orange County residents.
Nearly 2,100 acres of natural habitat have been
preserved or carefully restored in conjunction with
the construction of The Toll Roads. Sensitive
native habitat areas for wildlife and threatened
species, such as the California gnatcatcher bird, have
been protected thanks to TCA’s
environmental programs.
