(locally-preferred) alignment. The cities that make
up the Board of Directors include: Anaheim,
Dana Point, Irvine, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Orange,
Santa Ana, San Clemente, San Juan
Capistrano, Tustin, Yorba Linda, Rancho Santa Margarita
and the County of Orange. The
TCA is responsible for planning, designing, financing, and
constructing the final section of the S.R.241. |
