Visit The Toll Roads in beautiful Downtown San Clemente.

The Toll Roads Information Center is a resource for local residents interested in learning about plans to complete the 241 Toll Road or who need assistance with their TCA FasTrak account.

The center is located at 209 Avenida Del Mar, Suite 102 in Downtown San Clemente. Open Monday - Friday 9:30-6:00. Closed Saturday and Sunday. You'll find:

• FASTRAK CUSTOMER SERVICE – Open/close a FasTrak account, update account/vehicle information, toll violations service.
  
  
• MAPS - A large aerial map depicting the various project alternatives and housing developments; maps of the toll road system.
  
  
• 3-D MODELS - A 3-D model depicting the proposed toll road alignments in the Talega area. A 3-D model depicting the proposed toll road alignments at the connection to the I-5 Freeway.
  
  
• FOSSILS - Display of fossils found and preserved during toll road construction and information about The Toll Roads’ fossil education programs for schools.
  
  
• ENVIRONMENT - Information about plans to preserve natural habitat and protect water quality in association with the completion of the 241.
